Cold-formed steel is non-combustible and holds its dimensions without warping or shrinking. The same systems are used for housing, commercial buildings, schools and industrial work.

We roll our own sections in Barrie and build them into panels, frames and roofs, designed to CSA S136-20 and NBCC 2020. The same setup is used for mid-rise and commercial buildings and for modular housing.
