Looking down a multi-storey cold-formed steel shaft with X-bracing

Prefabricated structural CFS wall panels, EBS Global.

How a job runs, start to finish

We engineer the framing, roll the steel, build the panels and deliver them. The work moves through four stages.

Design & Engineering

We engineer the framing and envelope to CSA S136-20 and NBCC 2020, dimensioning every member for its place in the assembly.

Manufacturing

Cold-formed steel profiles are rolled on our own line in Barrie, so sections are consistent from one run to the next.

Prefabrication

Panelized assemblies are built flat and square in the shop, so site crews set the frame rather than build it in the weather.

Delivery & On-Site Support

Prefabricated panels are delivered to site ready to set, with support from the same team that designed and rolled them.

Cold-formed steel will not warp, shrink or burn, and it holds its dimensions. The same systems are used for housing, commercial buildings, schools and industrial work.

Rolled in Barrie

We roll our own sections in Barrie and build them into panels, frames and roofs, designed to CSA S136-20 and NBCC 2020. The same setup is used for mid-rise and commercial buildings and for modular housing.
