Three reasons to build with prefabricated steel panels

EBS Global, based in Barrie, Ontario, designs and manufactures prefabricated steel building panels.

The panels are engineered wall, roof or floor sections made from lightweight steel. They are manufactured to the project dimensions in a factory, then delivered ready to assemble.

• Overlapping work. Panel production can take place while the site is being prepared, shortening the overall schedule.
• On-site labour. Pre-assembled panels reduce fabrication work on site and can be installed by a smaller crew.
• Material use. Manufacturing to planned dimensions reduces offcuts and waste.
