CFS load-bearing wall panels

EBS Global engineers and manufactures prefabricated structural cold-formed steel (CFS) wall panels for multi-storey mid-rise buildings.

Panels are manufactured to consistent dimensions from one storey to the next.

The panels are typically unsheathed. They include integrated shear elements, floor-to-floor concrete through-bolt sleeving, uplift anchors and structural lintels, which together carry the loads.

The system is designed to keep walls plumb and support the spans specified for the building.

• Faster assembly. Most measuring and cutting is done in the plant, reducing the work needed on site.
• Lower labour costs. Prefabrication can reduce the amount of on-site labour.
• Less site waste. Doing more cutting in the plant can reduce waste and debris on site.
